The successful candidate must have an NVQ Level 3 in childcare or equivalent. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate empathy, be reliable and punctual, have excellent communication skills and the ability to build a warm and professional relationship with children and their parents. The post is for approximately 16 hours per week initially and applicants must be flexible to work between the hours of 0800 to 18.00 and to be able to work extra hours if required. Bolitho School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment.
