Language Display - Inspiration Needed

Hope you have all had an enjoyable Christmas. I have really enjoyed the break but am beginning to think about school now, unfortunately.

I was wondering if anybody has any ideas for a display based on the children's use of language in English. This is not my choice and has to go in the hall way so needs to look fairly decent. My brain seems to be devoid of any inspiring thoughts. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry - just found a 'themes on display' book on language so have ordered that. Must have missed that one!
