Mixed age class planning/management help, ideas?

Hi all,

I am about to start teaching a mixed class of reception. yr1 and yr2 after being a yr3/4 teacher for many years. Just wondering if anyone is able to share their experiences/tips of managing mixed classes and any examples of planning formats. We are long overdue an inspection so are expecting it in the first half term so just want some reassurance I am on the right tracks.
