Objective led planning

Hi, I work with Reception aged children and am seriously thinking about Objective led planning - I have read about it on ABC Does etc and tried to download his planning format example thing but failed!!! Has anyone got any examples of objective led planning proformas as I need to see what it looks like before I embark on my own.

I would say simple is best when it comes to this, the work is in identifying what children can do and what small step to focus on next.

We are still using paper learning journeys so actually our 'evidence' is recorded straight onto sticky notes/camera and I only note in the box something to inform the next plan e.g. Chloe - formation of c shape letters.

We don't generally have a starter activity - only if something needs working on particularly for a group who share a similar interest too.
