woodlands1997 Posted February 13, 2014 Share Posted February 13, 2014 Hello, Just wondering - if we have four under 2's in the baby room can we have one level 3 and one unqualified staff member? We have done it like this before and never had any issues with ofsted etc but someone has now said it is not allowed. I know it is half of all other staff needing to have qualification but what if there is only one other staff member? You can't half them!! Altogether in the nursery there are usually only 2 unqualified and 5/6 qualified but wondered how it works within the room - complicated!!
