You must have been qualified for at least 2 years with a NVQ level 3 qualification in childcare, or equivalent. The ability to achieve an outstanding OFSTED inspection as well as possessing strong oral and written skills is essential. You must also have the ability to motivate your team and develop strong, trusting bonds with parents and other agencies within the setting and beyond.
