Guest Posted January 28, 2014 Share Posted January 28, 2014 Hii, I'm starting job as a room manager in the baby unit, I've worked with the babies before but I would really like to implement some new things into the room! Has anyone got any ideas of things that I can do? I've thought of doing a family display maybe around a mirror or something so the babies can look at their family members and maybe build a black and white den? Thanks in advance! ?
