Guest Posted June 25, 2013 Share Posted June 25, 2013 do you expect children to be able to consistently get 2 from a larger group to achieve this? looking at new rising 3's with key worker, and we disagree!! looking in document not helping! few are secure in all of rest of band and emerging in next band, except for this. and it's 22-36 months so wonder what is meant - blue part.
