Guest Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 Hello everyone, I have an interview next week for a deputy manager position of a private day nursery that has 60 children from 0-5, these are internal interviews and I will be competing against collegues. I was wondering if anyone could offer any advice on the types of questions that may be asked, or how I could better prepare myself. I have been told to prepare a presentation but with little guidance, I have done this presentation on how I think I can help support/grow the nursery and what impact I think I would have on the setting, this covering marketing to managing staff and curriculum. Do you think this is appropriate and what kind of questions do you think may be asked. I would really appreciate any comments or advice, feeling very nervous.
