Completing a Monitoring Form of our "Client Group" under "

Hi!

Does anyone have a sample monitoring form they can share with me which shows how you have analysed the Protected Characteristics of the children in your Setting?

For eg: how many boys, girls, SEN Ethnicity etc, & how you would cater for each group? I have a list for each group - but just very unsure of how this needs to be presented.

Any samples would really help me (PLEASE!) to then make up my own - as relevant to our Setting.

I am told by our EYFSA that we need to do one of these.

We have made graphs in Excel on a traffic light system of red, green, amber for each group. Then write a plan of how to include the needs of each group into our planning.

Not sure if this really is the right thing but at least it is a start.
