I'm trying to tick lots of things off my list this week and sorting a daily risk assessment is one of them! my setting doesnt appear to have one! I am wondering if it is one someone gave us and we just photocopy it!!! Its quite basic and simple. One A4 side has indoor risk assessment the other side outdoor risk assessment. If another suitable sheet doesnt appear on here, message me and I will bring one home from work and I can let you know whats covered on it!
