supporting transitions.

Hi all, I am writing a transitions plan, for a little girl in our setting age 2 1/2 who has several major transitions coming up:

 

1. her brother who usually attends nursery, with her will be leaving to go into a school, she will also now be attending 5 morings a week instead of three.

 

2. she will be moving into a new house, and there will have her own bedroom and be sleeping alone rather than with her brother as in their old house.

 

3 her mother is pregnant and expecting her third baby in a few months.

 

would appreciate thoughts/advice on ways we could support her through these transitions.
