Inspirational Nursery Manager Required in Bristol

Archfield House Nursery in the Cotham area of Bristol is seeking to recruit an experienced, qualified, dynamic and inspirational Nursery Manager to lead and develop our happy and forward thinking nursery to the next level.

You would be involved with all aspects of running the nursery and its future plans.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a manager to enhance our existing Management team and therefore allow the Nursery Head to take a more strategic role since opening a new nursery.

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:

· NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent

· 3 years' post-qualification experience and 2 years’ relevant supervisory experience

· Excellent knowledge and understanding of the revised EYFS

· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines

· Knowledge of health and safety legislation

· Knowledge of OFSTED standards

· Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a staff team

· Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities

In return we offer excellent rates of pay with on-going support and career development in a very happy environment.

· 37.5 - 40 hours per week

· 28 days holiday

· Salary negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
