Help - Supervision Of Business Partners Acting As Joint Managers

I need some help.

 

I am in the process of registering with ofsted for a new preschool with my business partner and we will each act as joint manager.

 

We have just had a visit from an advisor from the county council and she said we would need to do the supervision for the other person. We're both confused about what is involved and whether we need to use any particular format for recording this.

 

Any help and advide gratefully received.
