I have done the same thing which we call trackers to chart the children's progress. hope that it attaches properly. We have coded it so if you are writing it on anext step you can just write the code. I would be interested in any one's comments. We high light down the page and put the dates of the terms in the top. it is also done on Excell so easy to move around if you want to change anything.
