Guest Posted May 2, 2012 Share Posted May 2, 2012 Hi we had the call today that we are going to have an art, craft and design 1 day inspection next Wednesday. Has anyone had one of these and can let me know how it went and what to expect? I am art coordinator and together with the d and t coordinator will be heavily involved. This will be our 3rd inspection in the space of 12 months, we had our 2 day one last June then our RE one in sept and now this -it seems so unfair! Guest Posted May 3, 2012 Share Posted May 3, 2012 Sorry I cant help except to say that I think I was told that the one day inspections are just random. . . . . . . so you are just lucky :blink: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had a one day science inspection a few years ago and I think he looked at the subject throughout the school and planning, progression, resources etc Good luck! I am D&T co ordinator, and we are due to have ofsted soon, how did the art inspection go, and what did they expect. Are there any tips you'd give me?
