Sounds & Textures Lesson Obs

Hi. i have an interview for a special school. My lesson obs is on 'sounds & textures'.

 

I was going to read a story & have textured objects & put instruments in to make the sounds in the book. Im not too sure if this directly covers the topic???

 

Does anyone else have any better ideas?

I'm not a teacher, but didn't want to 'read and go' - but sounds (sorry for the pun!) like a good idea to me, and covers the topic area, as long as the children get to feel the textures along with listening to the story and sounds.
