Turning A Part-time Nursery In A School To Full Time Wrap Around Care

Hello, I'm hoping your expertise may be able to help me.

 

As part of a CPD opportunity I have been asked to consider how to turn a part -time nursery (11 children morning session, 11 afternoon) in a school in to a full time wrap around care nursery.

 

I have been asked to complete a presentation and wondered if anyone had any experience of how to do this, and what would look good in a presentation -
