Guest Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 We are a nursery pack away setting with 2- 4 year olds and have started to use the school P.E. equipment. Does anyone know if there is a recommended height from which children can jump or where I can find out?

Does anyone know if there is a recommended height from which children can jump or where I can find out? I remember this being discussed before although I'm not sure where. I'm sure someone cleverer than me will be able to find it! I seem to remember it all depending on what mats you have. I think there was a sort of consensus that you should let them climb however high they feel comfortable with, but jumping off was a different matter.

Thank Kariana, I have just tried searching but I need someone cleverer than me too! Any help gratefully received.
