Outdoor Perfoemance Managment Observation

I am getting observed for my performance management next Tuesday and the focus is the outdoors. I have never had an outdoors observation therefore don't really know what they will be looking for! Will they look to see how I interact with the children outside and observe them as they play? Anyone who can help I would be very grateful!

Surely they will look for evidence of teaching and learning as in any other observation? Your interaction with the children will be aprt of this and how you move them on in their learning in this environment.
