Guest Posted November 30, 2010 Posted November 30, 2010 Hi Has anyone got any information around Parents saying how valuable they are in their child`s development and how it is good practice to talk about what your child has done at home and at the setting etc. I just want to highlight that Parents have alot of info to offer but dont always think its important to tell us
Guest Posted November 30, 2010 Posted November 30, 2010 i don't know if this is what you mean but on a very simple level we give parnets wow stickers to write on and stick on to the child's jumper to celebrate anything with us they may have done at home. i made them using stickers from staples and a wow balloon printed on them, we don't have 1 per day per child but we have had a very positive response to it with anything from a child swimming with no arm bands for the 1st time to days out to getting dressed by themselves etc. the stickers are then put in the child's learning profile by them.
Guest Posted December 1, 2010 Posted December 1, 2010 Thanks - I wanted to put things in the brochure to show the importance of parents
