Mark Making

Does anybody know of a document (or any other suggestions) that gives examples of childrens marks and gives names to them? I am looking at mark maing for my dissertation and would like to 'analyse' some of the mark making. Thanks

Don't know if this is any use but 'The beginning of writing' by Charles Temple, Ruth Nathan, Frances Temple, Nancy A Burris.

Is quite a good resource, but it is rather old so you may have to use Amazon to see if you can get a 2nd hand copy.

Thanks, they both look very useful. The book looks very useful and have found a copy in my uni library. Mark making matters is something that I have referenced in my dissertation, it does also give examples of children’s mark making, but I was looking for something to add to this.
