Guest jenpercy Posted October 2, 2010 Share Posted October 2, 2010 Have been given an action plan for our afterschool club which asks us to arrange meeting with the pre-school which runs on another part of our large site, and also "the" local infant school. We collect from 4 local schools,and the pre-school is a special needs playgroup. Not sure if I call a meeting, what I wold be asking for - and as I think that would be 5 separate meetings, so I would need to know what I am doing - and what for!!!!!
