Guest Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Hi everybody. I am looking to develop some outdoor play boxes. I have made a list for the usual mark making, painting, rolling , windy day etc. I was hoping you could all give me some more ideas that are abit unusual and differant. I can't remember if there has been a thread for this topiic before if so could somebody please point me in the right direction Thanks Bluebell
Guest Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 We've got cafe, garage, weather box, hairdresser, books, baby box, gardening, picnic. Anything you would have indoors really can go in a box for outside, sorry if that sounds patronising didnt mean it to!!
suebear Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 Afraid I can't help but it is an idea we thought about doing over Summer. We currently take everything out from Duplo to dinosaurs. Can I ask what's in your windy day box besides material and possibly kites?
dublinbay Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 Our weather boxes are always in use and we have one for windy days, sunny, snowy and rainy. We also have a bubble box, investigation box filled with torches, telescopes and binoculars etc. Books are good for outside and we keep a box of picnic stuff for use in our tree-house. I would agree with Janny1960 if you can put it in a box then its fine for outdoors.
dublinbay Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 Can I ask what's in your windy day box besides material and possibly kites? Streamers, windmills (ones for the garden), bubbles, parachute, (Mind has gone blank....will return to this later)
