Guest
Hello again! I seem to posting lots of questions at mo and I hope one day I can offer advice on here, like so many of you do!! thanks I am currently updating the personnel files of the staff and was wondering if anyone has a template/form which is a Personnel Record Form?? Guest
Why don't you use the online CWDC audit tool ? You have to get each staff member's permission to hold data online, but once you have that it is easy to hold all their qualifications and data in one place. You can print a report out for Ofsted visits and it looks professional. here There isn't space for their home address and phone number, but I keep these in a separate file anyway for quick reference. Guest
Hi, Not sure why it directs you back to the forum, I did the link from the quick access bar, so maybe that is the problem. Anyway try this in your browser http://www.cwdcouncil.org.uk/early-years/audit-tool. Then click on the purple box to the right of the screen to go to the set up procedure. 3rd time lucky ! cwdc audit tool

Beau
Doris, can I ask what you mean by the 'quick access bar'?
Guest
When I added the link I went to the box on the left of this message saying Quick Access Quick Access Insert: Center Insert: Topic Link Insert: Post Link Insert: CODEBOX Insert: SPOILER Insert: Acronym I then went to insert :post link but that for some reason went back to the forum page. So now I use the insert link box (green with cross on) under Fonts, which seems to work!
Beau
I think the Post link refers to the links to individual posts on the forum, same as Topic links refers to particular threads. This is different to posting a link to another website/page. The one you are using now is the correct one.
Guest
Thanks Carol, will be useful for others if they wonder what the Inserts mean.
