Please Help! Interview Lesson Based On The Topic 'our World&#3

Hi all,

 

I have just joined the forum and this is my first post so not sure i'm doing this right.

 

I have a teaching interview next week for a Reception/year 1 class. I have to do a 20 minute play based lesson which will extend the children's knowledge of their topic 'Our World'. I will have a group of 6 children.

 

I thought of a few things but nothing particuarly exciting and unsure of the range of things that they will cover in this topic. Just wondering if anyone has done anything linked to this before, any activities that have worked well.

If you click on 'Resources' on the left of the page you will see 'Topic Support' where you will find 'Around the World'. There are some excellent ideas there. Welcome to the forum
