Sound Bag

Hiya

some of the children in my class have found it really difficult to hear initial sounds in words. i was thinking of sending a letter sound bag or a listening bag home with them as a fun activity to encourage them. just wondering if anyone has got any ideas for games or resurces that could go in them. the children have already had sound books i would like it to be very practical.

Have you seen the 'playing with sounds' resource which is a supplement to PIP's it is from the DfES and is a really useful for what sounds like children who need to play lots!
