Phase Five Phonics Planning

Wondering if anyone can help, please, by sending me some phase five planning detailed in a weekly teaching format based on the letters and sounds materials.

I dont really have time to reinvent the wheel and although I thought I had some, I cant find it! Thank you.

 

Also if marion comes by, do you have anything on paper to match Big Cat Phonics directly to letters and sounds please? I need to give my colleagues a very exact teaching programme. Thanks.
