Guest Posted April 25, 2010 Posted April 25, 2010 Hello , I am currently researching "supporting children with SEN through tansition into primary school" for my independant study. I would be grateful if anyone could email or post to this topic if they have any information which could inform my research. I am looking at how both settings/schools support the children and what inclusivity practices they use which they find effective. Is this through good practice/policies etc? Theorists and legislation which support effective transitional procedures? EYFS, Every Child Matters, UNCRC Etc. Multi agency and parental involvements. Thank you
