I'm really struggling with 404( K4P819 ) I know the regulatory body ofsted has overall responsibility to ensure all settings in England comply with government legislation regarding the provision offered to young children, but I dont know where to start on this section as I cant just put that down? Can someone explain as simple as possible as I keep reading and re reading this section and still not answered yet. Its driving me mad. I have this and then unit 427 before complete.
