Quite lively! Our topic is transport. They've written about where they would like to go on a train. My lesson ideas so far are Role play a boat journey.- stream, pool, waterfall, polluted town, sea- outside on a blanket if weather permits In class, show a golden sentence and children partner talk why it is. Use of visualiser Write success criteria for golden sentences. Partner talk ideas for own writing ...BUT I have no ideas for what they could write about! Maybe draw a picture of their boat and describe where it is and what it is like? eg my boat is sinking in the sea? (as is my heart at the thought of being observed!)
