After looking at the threads regarding learning journals, many of you mention using sheets with the development matters on for staff to use as quick references when carrying out observations. What do include on these, is it just area of learning and aspects e.g. P.S.E - Dispositions and attitudes, or do add statements from the relevent age range as well.
