Working as a TA in an F2 class in a small international primary school in Switzerland I find myself feeling a little lost with some aspects of this question!! The grading requirements talk about management committee - we have none - PSLA courses well I am doing this course !! But being overseas it i s not easy - Links with government intiatives ! I am just starting out on this question and could well be panicking a bit over nothing . But could do with some pointers please!
