Guest
I'm sure this has already been covered somewhere but my searches aren't turning it up, so here goes! Does anyone have a form, slip, interview sheet or other means of recording a return to work interview when staff have been absent? I did some management training yesterday where it was suggested that these should be completed even if staff have only had a single day off - so that patterns of absence can be spotted, support offered etc. I would be grateful for anything that saves me time!!! Guest
as form supplied cant add except to say RTW forms are a very useful tool, it monitors absence and helps to link ongoing sick problems and also helps the colleague to understand or think about the impact of sickness on the setting and to other colleagues
