Guest Posted January 14, 2010 Share Posted January 14, 2010 We're looking for an assistant to work 4 mornings a week at our lovely little preschool in Bath and North East Somerset. We are about 20 minutes south of Bath and 10 minutes south of Bristol. You could be either NVQ Level 2 or 3, and pay can be negotiated based on your level of experience. We are a very ambitious voluntary run setting and we've made lots of improvements over the last 18 months or so. We hope to soon open for longer hours, so potentially this could turn into more of a full time post. We take children from the age of 2 and a half. We maintain high ratios of staff to children, as we believe staff are our most important resource. We have a lovely new outdoor area and garden that we created last year.
