Guest Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 I'm just finishing off an assignment- no time like last minute pressure and am coming unstuck with referencing the Ofsted SEF form with HR...can anybody help me!??? please
Sue R Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 ERKK! Hmm, well you may want to find things like the origin... year of conception... OK - DfES.. for a start?? Everyone here must know when the SEF started!! - unless they've forgotten, like me!! 2007/8?? Reckon I'm wrong, but it's a shot!!(in the dark!) Please don't laugh if I'm wrong...........
Sue R Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 Second thought - Do you really need to reference a local 'working document' ??
Guest Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 I'm referencing the concept of it i.e. it is a resource used for evaluating practice, so far the most recent SEF is 2009 and obviously ofsted have devised it...do i need to write more? I'm trying really hard to make my HR as near to perfect as i can so believe that the hard copy would need a place of publication...perhaps i will just reference it as an online tool?!? thanks for your quick response and help though
Sue R Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 Online tool? Excellent idea!! Think you have your way forward! Sue Good luck x
Guest Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 thanks for helping me work it out...didn't take a genius i will blame it on the fact it is 11pm and really time for bed lol, thanks again Sue R
