Guest Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 It's nothing to worry about, She just asks a few questions about the setting - set-up , philosophy, whether you have the legal requirements in place (even if you haven't they are ok, we didn't have a few policies, but just told her they were work in progress and she was fine with that). She also looks round the setting to check it is safe, we got told to add a couple of locks to cupboards. It lasts about an hour and you can't fail it. ( I don't think!!) Quote

Guest Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 I had my interview last Feb - had a migrane and had to leave Mrs O. twice to be sick!!! I still passed - so please don't worry. In fact I used it as a chance to quiz her about a few things! You'll be fine Carmen Quote
dottyp Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Nothing to worry about - I was sent a form by post which I had time to complete and return. No problem! dottyp Quote
Guest Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 Agreed, no problem, had mine last Tuesday it is a good opportunity to check you have everything in place....good luck... Quote
thumperrabbit Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 It's no problem - I was given a questionnaire to fill in prior to visit and then she asked me questions mainly about our policies, Safeguarding procedures being an important one and along with recruitment and inclusion. It was very easy going and relaxed and I was able to ask questions about a few things. Good luck you'll be fine! Quote
