Guest Posted November 21, 2009 Posted November 21, 2009 Next week we are doing rainbow fish. Our numeracy focus is problem solving. We are going to have fish tanks and children have to share fish between the tanks. However i am struggling to differentiate the activty. Children can all recognise numbers to 5 and can touch count accurately. They are beginning to combine grps to find a total. Any advice would be welcomed Many thanks Lola
Guest Posted November 21, 2009 Posted November 21, 2009 Do you have an interactive whiteboard? Have you seen the Crickweb site for Early Years? Try counting with Lecky. You can differentiate with up to 5 or 10. You can also ask lots of questions about how many altogether and if I take away.....
