I have a number of survey/evaluations at work - what is the purpose of the survey? Guest budgie1 Posted October 4, 2009 Share Posted October 4, 2009 Hi, We are looking to find out if the parents are happy with the services we are providing, what else they might like etc. I already have a rough outline of questions but wanted to have a look at others to see if I can improve mine.
