Guest Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 Hi All I am planning for the children within my group to use their Problem Solving, Reasoning and Numeracy skills to make a Spiderman Den. This is taken from their interests within their child initiated play. they will be using materials within the setting to make a structure using tubes, sellotape, using their problem solving skills to make the tubes longer putting them together and then cover with a blanket. How can i further extend the activity.......? Please help Carly
chocisgood Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 Sounds fab! What about brain storming with them on what else is needed? What about creating a huge web from wool? You could show a video or pics of one or just provide materials and see whats created?
