Guest
I have been searching most of the morning for the statements from the EYFS which i have seen all set out in each age range and for each area......I have been to a setting recently and they use this alongside the Unique Child book (Learning Stories book) to track what the children have achieved and to highlight any blank areas. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Jellytots x
Guest Wolfie
The Resource Library, under "Observation and Assessment" I think - helen's sheets? That's what I use anyway!
Guest
Beat me to it Wolfie. Also some examples in resource library under planning, but all on individual sheets for each area. Peggy

Helen
You lot know this place better than me! Yes, in the resource library, under observation and assessment, second page, and they're called EYFS child record (Boy/Girl) for the six areas of learning.
