How Many Pieces Of Evidence Do You Need For Each Knowledge Point?

I've got some Knowledge Points that have 2 or 3 direct observations down as evidence.. do I need to do a written piece about it too? Or is the direct observation enough?

It probably depends on how strong each observation is, and whether the K is one of those with multiple points to cover. Also, as the knowledge is for 0 - 16, not just the age group you work with, sometimes you need to show how you would adapt your practice.
