Guest
I'm planning on doing a paper weaving activity next week however I am struggling to show how I would differentiate it for those with good or low FMS. Has anyone got any good ideas? (its for reception)
Guest
We've adapted ours along the lines of thinner/thicker pieces of paper - also children who found it difficult, used less strips. We also differentiated by using crinky/textured paper which was more tricky to manipulate. Some children generally found it difficult to manipulate the base paper and the 'weaving' paper, in which case we threaded the paper through the link fence outside. they loved this and meant that they were only handling one piece of paper at a time. Guest
Thanks pickle, that gives me something to think about and consider. I never thought of using textured paper.

Hi Fraggle, Have you thought of using paper crimpers to texture your paper
