Guest Posted January 29, 2009 Share Posted January 29, 2009 (edited) When we had all that really cold snap a few weeks ago the children were talking about how cold it was, the white ground etc so we made our own igloo and penguins to go in our artic corner. Thought I'd share it with you as its all the childrens own work (as it should be) even the older ones cut out there own penguin shapes! oops! sorry wont let me uplooad a picture...will keep trying. Guest Posted January 29, 2009 Share Posted January 29, 2009 we did a winter wonderland after the white stuff had laid at the beginning of the term. The children loved it. But then some of the children started talking about dancing and ballet and Michael Jackson, even showing us the moon walk etc. so we decided to change our winter wonderland into a dance studio with disco ball as well! However, I have just heard on the news we are in for a really cold spell next week with some of the white stuff. I guess we will have to make up a winter dance!
