Specific Criteria For Outdoor Play

I am trying to fill in a funding application for the Early Years Capital Grant. We want to expand our outdoor space into what is currently a dead area between the setting access and our enclosed garden. One of the questions is

How does this project meet the specific criteria for outdoor play?

Does any one know what the specific criteria are? I've trawled the EYFS guidance and statutory framework but can't find anything.

I'm convinced the form is as difficult as possible to put off applicants!

When i did my outdoor area i dont remember there being any specific requirements

i just made sure the areas were designed from specific development for example sapce for running, soft play surface for climbling equipment, a zone for sitting and social talk benches, a sensory garden to explore, decking for creative and imaginative play, tarmac for bikes gross motor skills, hope this helps
