Communication Language And Literacy: Reading

As part of my performance management, and a whole school focus, we are having a big push on reading. Has anyone got/made/devised an assessment sheet for reading in foundation stage in similar detail to the Ros Wilson Writing level descriptors? In other words, the nine statements to be broken down into tiny steps?

 

Also, had my brain frazzled about attainment on entry by my head - but I think I'll post my queries about that separately!!!
