Guest Wolfie Posted November 8, 2008 Share Posted November 8, 2008 (edited) Off the top of my head, the following topics came up... - what did I think my role should be within the Centre - the importance of the multi-agency approach in meeting the needs of children and families at the Centre - how to deal with conflict within the staff team - how I would ensure that the principles of the EYGFS were being adhered to and were at the root of all practice within the Centre - my view of children (that was HARD!) - how I would encourage partnership with parents I'm sure others will come up with more! I was also observed for half an hour with some 1-2 year olds. Good luck with the interview, let us know how you get on.
