Guest Posted October 11, 2008 Posted October 11, 2008 Our County council have grants up to £2000 available for settings on the Early years Register. Applications can be made in the following areas: Developing an inclusive outside play area Enabling an information and communication rich environment Creating an stimulating language environment Extending and making your provision more flexible and inclusive I am thinking about a willow house as this will develop our outside area as well as providing somewhere which will promore langauge as I would like to put seating in it. I am also thinking all in one waterproof clothing Possibly some bikes/trikes that two children can use, allowing less mobile children to participate? I'm sure you will all have lots of ideas of things I could apply for the funding for - I do need to explain how each item will improve the quality in the seeting and meet the five outcomes of Every Child matter and the EYFS Thanks in advancex
