Classroom Risk Assessment?

Hello everyone,

Just quickly I was wondering if we should have a risk assessment done for our classrooms?

I read it somewhere but can't remember where or what else it said.

I work in reception in a primary school.

We had risk assessments in the last school I worked in. Havent been asked to produce anything formal where I am now. It was quite simple, about risk of slipping on wet floors near water play so ensuring mops were readily available and things like use of scissors--teaching children handling skills etc.
