Hi I have full responsibility for out Outside Classroom and have been running it for a year.

 

Our topic this term is Ourselves, does anyone have any ideas how I could incorporate this outdoors

just an idea how about height charts use chalk on the wall?

we used to use chalk a lot, faces on the path and draw round our feet to show directions,

Not the best of weather for it now but in the spring our children loved chalking around each other - their whole bodies! Some days we looked like there had been a huge massacre! They then spent ages adding details like facial features and clothes, etc.

Keeping it child directed, ask what games they play at home in their gardens, can you replicate them at setting?

Just getting to know what they do at home as part of 'ourselves'

pots and pans, wooden spoons with a collection of nature materials for some home role play (mud and water if you can )
